to bear upon the lives of God’s people…

After a short summer of praying and preaching throughout the Chicagoland area, and finding incredible opportunities that fit the gifts God has entrusted Pastor Ty to steward, Ty & Renee were in complete agreement that if they ever thought the Lord was calling us to plant a church, it would have to be their first choice and not a "the-other-thing-didn't-work-out" choice.

On August 1st of 2011, Pastor Ty removed his name and resume from two well established churches who were seeking senior pastors, and began the prayerful journey of establishing Fellowship Life Bible Church. The first phone calls were to four Christians families who were not committed to a local body of believers, but had previously asked Pastor Ty to consider planting a church. God quickly united their hearts to step out in faith together. The 4 initial families turned into 11 at the first informational meeting. Without strategy, advertisements, or a website the 11 families grew to 60 individuals by mid September 2011. Only through God's clear leading and abundant blessing FLBC opened it's doors the 1st Sunday in November, 2011.  We invite you to come grow with us and see what God is doing in individual lives, in families, and in the body at large (Isaiah 43:18-19)!
